Upper Owens RiverWant to take a day off from skiing to try something new? Try fishing the Upper Owens River. The California Department of Fish and Game has opened up year round, catch-and-release fishing in Mono County on three fisheries. Just South of Mammoth is Hot Creek and the Upper Owens River. About 45 minutes to the North is the East Walker River. Here is a Fly Fishing Report for you to review.

From March 4-6, 2011 the US Snowboarding Grand Prix will take place on Mammoth Mountain. Riders will tackle the half pipe on the 5th and the Unbound Terrain Park on the 6th.

Ride Mammoth
